Wikimedia Chapter will be held on 23 September 2012 at No.194, 2nd C Cross, 
Dommaluru 2nd stage, Bangalore-560071, from 03:00 PM to 05:30PM to 
transact the following business:

1.Welcome
2.Reading of notice convening the meeting
3.Approval of previous AGM minutes
4.Consideration and approval of the report of the activities of 
Wikimedia chapter for 2011-12
5.Consideration and approval of the audited accounts and the report of the 
auditors thereon for the year ended 31st March 2012.
6.Election of the members of Executive Committee 2012-2014
7.Draft budget for the year 2012-13
8.Appointment of auditors
9.Any other subjects with the permission of the Chair
10.President's address
